"Advanced" permit? This is the newly painted El Cerrito BART parking lot that I get to look at every morning while I wait for my train. Is the most ridiculous thing here
Like this guy, the old dude who runs the neighborhood garden center, he puts a new corny/inspirational gem up every week or so:
Or the guys who run the neighborhood movie theater, not content just to display the titles of the films, they're driven to comment on them (jeez, give a guy a platform and you get a speech).
- The guy in charge of making the stencils don't speak English that good?
- The guy who spent all morning painting the stencils on the parking lot either no have good English or just couldn't be bothered to notice or care?
- This typo, having been created from a stencil, is now repeated like a thousand times?
- I get to look at it every single morning for the next twenty years until the paint fades.
